2019년 8월 23~25일, 인도 하이데라바드 NALSAR에서 제19차 기본소득지구네트워크 대회(19th BIEN Congress)가 열렸습니다. 대회 첫째 날인 8월 23일, 전체세션 4. “기본소득 파일럿들: 우리는 여기에서 어디로 가는가?(BI Pilots: Where do we go from here?)”에서 강남훈 대표가 “경기도 청년기본소득에서 전국적 기본소득으로(From Gyeonggi Youth Basic Income to National Basic Income)”를 주제로 발표했습니다.
